1. How can I unsubscribe immediately?
To immediately stop the subscription the in the words STOP to the 5 digit short code from which you are receiving messages. You should receive a confirmation message that you arte unsubscribed. You will no longer then receive any messages. Only one daily message that has already been delivered to the carrier could still arrive after opting out of the service.

2. How do I find out which service I am subscribed to or how to learn more about the service?
For more information on the service related to the 5 digit short code, text the word HELP. You will receive information about service name, pricing, support website, subscription type, content type, 1800 number and renewal dates.

3. I didn’t know that I have to pay for the service:
We clearly communicate in all our advertisements (on our website, in our commercials and in our welcome message, either visually and/or verbally) what the price per message is and how people can unsubscribe from our service.

4. My child subscribed to the service:
Please note that we clearly communicate in all our advertisements (on our website, in our commercials and in our welcome message, either visually and/or verbally) that you have to be the legal owner and bill payer to subscribe. But on top of this we clearly state that children must seek parental approval before subscribing to any of our services. If a child still subscribes to any of our services without parental approval, we can’t be held responsible. 5. I never subscribed to any of your services:
The only way to get a subscription to our service is by sending a text message from the subscribed mobile phone (the phone number that receives our service). If you didn’t send an opt-in message perhaps somebody else used your telephone to subscribe to the service. We are not allowed to send any messages to a mobile phone number if they haven’t subscribed to our service.
